Our
cuisine is based on a simple and creative combination of fresh prime
products: fish, seafood, white meat, fresh fruit and vegetables, olive oil,
garlic, seasoning herbs.
Homemade jam, yogurt
and bakeries. Pastas, salads, nachos, quesadillas, and burgers. Delicious
smoothies and fresh fruit juices.
Traditional Garifuna cuisine (tapou
or tapado, hudutu or machuca, rice and beans, green banano cakes), and
Mediterranean cuisine (pasta al pesto, marinated chicken fillet, fish
fillet, fresh fish and shrimps…). Our menu includes several vegetarian
options. By previous order, we can arrange a complete and healthy vegetarian
menu with whole products (flour and rice) in every meal during your stay.
